POP OF COLOR (Romantic X Casual)

Spring is here and Summer is just around the corner, but the weather will not stop us from showing you how to get ready for a beach day fun day! I have found printed dresses and bold dark and light colour clothing, such as dark purple and neon orange, a hard colour combination to coordinate. SO, I decided to go on a shopping spree as a "how to" guide, in order to illustrate how to put together a simple beach outfit!

As I was mingling around the clothing racks at WINNERS, I came across a beautiful, and amorous beach dress which was hanging on the clothing rack for quite some time. I decided to dare and give the dress a try. Now, here are the results!

JEWELRY

It is important to not go too overboard on this look since there are already bold colours and prints going on in this look, and this might be too much for the eyes to handle at the first glance.

Depending on your skin tone (warm or cold), you can bring this outfit to life by wearing a long chain necklace (gold or silver) with statements, or pendants, and match it up with a pair of small earrings. Another option is to wear this outfit with multiple styles of bracelets, such as stones, colorful pearls, slave bracelets, beaded bracelets or a combination of thin and thick colourful bracelets ( selections are all depending on the colour and the pattern of your dress.) I am wearing a small 10k gold onyx pair of earings and multiple summary shade color bracelets, a thik purple stone bracelet with 2 colourful evil eye bracelets (its a persian thing!) to shift the viewer's focus more on ones face than on one's physique.

SHOES

These Mocassins caught my eye while I was browsing ZARA's website. They are from ZARA's SPRING 2015 BASIC COLLECTION and are only for $35.90! This was earlier last month. Fabolus find, eh! I bought them separately from the beach dress and as soon as I bought the dress, the pairs came to my mind! If you are shorter in height and petite (like myself), you can match up your bold coloured x detailed statement beach dresses with high heel sandals and block heel sandals (Black/Brown). Select the color of your sandals based on the colour of your outfit. High heels will give that extra hight to your dress. Especially if the dress it too long for you!
